Trend Explorer

Due dates and trends for Trend Explorer exhibitors will be available soon.

Trend Explorer is our booth preview offered only to our operator attendees. If you are a Premium Plus or Premium exhibitor, you will need to select your trend and submit your recipe for the event. You can also schedule preplanning culinary support and increase exposure to your products by supplying product for other exhibitors to use.

Trend Explorer will take place April 21 from 12-2:45 p.m. The show floor will be closed to all other exhibitors and customers. Basic and Introductory exhibitors can still access their area of the show floor by using Escalator A from level 2 into Hall A3. These exhibitors will not have access to Hall B3 and will not be allowed in the main entrance to the show floor during Trend Explorer.
