Trend Explorer

Trend Explorer is our booth preview offered only to our operator attendees. If you are a Premium Plus or Premium exhibitor, you will need to select your trend and submit your recipe for the event. You can also schedule preplanning culinary support and increase exposure to your products by supplying product for other exhibitors to use.

Trend Explorer will take place April 22 from 4-6:30 p.m. The show floor will be closed to all other exhibitors and customers.

Key Trend Explorer Dates:

• Feb. 6: Submit products for other Trend Explorer exhibitors to use in their samples
• Feb. 6: Select the trend your sample will bring to life. Options are Playful Plates, Functionally Diverse, Protein Renaissance, Not Your Mother’s Snacks, Loaded & Layered, and Global Comfort.

• Feb. 23-27: Collaborate one-on-one with Chef Steve Madonna.
• March 20: Submit your sample recipe.
