Samples & Prep

Order Your Products to Sample from Dot

Innovations exhibitors will need to order samples of their products through the Dot Foods Shop website. If you don’t have a Shop account, sign up here. If you have access to Shop, you can follow our instructions to order samples here.

Sample orders and purchases for eaches, equipment and supplies, or products from other suppliers must still be placed through our sample order form here.

Start placing sample orders on February 9. All sample orders are due March 20.

Serving Samples at the Show

All food and beverage exhibitors are required to fill out Levy’s form and waiver by March 30 to provide details about your samples. Since Innovations is a private show, a temporary health permit is not required for exhibitors.

Complete our food and beverage sampling policies form here and send to Destiny Witherspoon from Levy at Dwitherspoon@levyrestaurants.com. You can also email Destiny any of your sampling questions.

Cooking Requirements & Oil Disposal

We are requesting all exhibitors cooking in their booth to have one ten-pound B.C. extinguisher ready in their space. Oil disposal will be available on the loading dock provided by Filta.

Ice and Levy’s Food Service Pantry

Ice and other pantry items will be available for purchase on the show floor from Levy’s pantry. More information will be available soon.

Order Serveware from Dot

We will have a limited list of equipment and supplies available for purchase through Dot using our sample order form. Details, pricing, order deadline, and form will be available soon.

Receiving Samples from Dot on Site

All dry products ordered directly from Dot Foods will be at your booth when you arrive at Innovations.

To receive any temperature controlled product, you will need to schedule a delivery. You may schedule deliveries beforehand via the online exhibitor service kit or onsite by visiting the Heritage Exhibitor Service Desk or scanning the QR code at your booth. Exhibitors who wait to make appointments on the show site may have to wait up to an hour for their product to be delivered to their booth.

Material handling charges will be applied per delivery, by the hour. Please be sure to have a method of payment on file to avoid any delays.
