Appliance Rental

We will have a limited list of equipment available to rent through Lowe and Heritage. Details, pricing, and order deadline will be available soon.

Furnishing Rental

Heritage is our general service contractor who can supply additional furnishings for your booth. You will not be able to request rental furnishings prior to selecting your booth. For discount rates, you must order custom Heritage rentals by March 4 and furniture and accessories by April 2. All payments will be directly processed through Heritage.

You will receive an email from Heritage with login information to access their offering after booth selection opens. You will not be able to request show services prior to selecting your booth location.

Carpet Rental

Your package does not include carpet. Professional floor covering is required on the show floor. Be sure to select this in your exhibitor order form through Heritage or let Heritage know if you are bringing your own flooring. 

For discount rates, you must order carpet by April 2. All payments will be directly processed through Heritage. Any exhibitor who does not submit a carpet order, or confirm they will bring their own, will be given grey carpet and billed accordingly.
