Booth Inclusions
All exhibitor packages with 10x10 ft. standard booths come with:
- 8-ft.-high gray back drape
- 3-ft.-high gray side dividers
- One 6-ft. gray skirted table
- One 8-ft. gray skirted table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- 7x44 in. one-line identification sign
- One 110/5 amp power connection
Note: Package does not include carpet. Professional floor covering is required on the show floor. Be sure to select this in your exhibitor order form through Heritage or let us know if you are bringing your own flooring. Any exhibitor who does not submit a carpet order or confirm they will bring their own will be provided grey carpet and billed accordingly.
Booth Selection
Your exhibitor package will determine when you get to pick your booth. Premium package holders will have their first choice of booth location, followed by Basic package holders. Dot will assign booths to Introductory package holders.
- Premium Plus: Assigned by Dot by Jan. 21
- Premium: Starts Jan. 28
- Basic: Starts Feb. 2
- Introductory/Remaining Booths: Assigned by Dot by Feb. 9
You will receive an email on the day your booth selection opens. Follow the instructions in the email or here to make your selection. Check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see your email.
Find our exhibitor list with a link to our floor plan here. If you can't access the link, request a Shop account. It may take about 60 seconds for the floor plan to load.
Booth Teardown
All exhibitors are expected to remain working in their booth until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 23. If any exhibitor breaks down their booth before 4:30 p.m., their participation in future shows will be reevaluated.
All exhibitors must be moved out of the exhibit halls by Friday, April 24 at 11 a.m. Please coordinate freight pickups and shipping to accommodate this deadline. Freight that is left on the show floor after 9 a.m. will be forced through shipping with HES Transportation at prevailing rates, at the exhibitor’s expense. Anything else left in the exhibit hall after 11 a.m. on Friday, April 24 will be discarded. This includes food items left in booths. (Food left in a booth at the close of the show cannot be donated.)

Certificates of Insurance for Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
If you are having an exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC) other than Heritage set up your booth, you must send a certificate of insurance (COI) to Theresa Reifsteck at theresa.reifsteck@heritagesvs.com.
