• We will never ask for a credit payment by phone or email.
• Hotel rooms are booked through our registration process, and only Dot Foods and Dot Foods Travel Headquarters operated by Maritz will contact you about hotel or travel. We will contact you by email, unless you have requested phone assistance.

However, scams are unfortunately still possible. Ignore phone calls about Innovations hotel or travel, and don’t provide payment information outside of registration to anyone who claims to be affiliated with Dot or Innovations. Please contact us if you believe you have received an Innovations email, text, or phone call that may be unofficial.
